ASSA ABLOY understands the importance of nurturing talents from a young age. We offer an extensive range of learning experiences for students with our internship programs. Spanning areas such as finance, communication, software and legal, the programs offer a taste of what it is like to work in an international and dynamic workplace. Recent graduates and young professionals can also receive training in our graduate and trainee programs.
The EMEA graduate program, for example, is an 18 month program in which participants will spend three months working away from home in Europe, the Middle East and Africa of their own choice.
In Asia Pacific, the APAC graduate program offers graduates a year to work at ASSA ABLOY, during which they complete a 2 to 3 month international assignment. Graduates can learn to work with colleagues from around the globe, acquiring product knowledge and learning about project management in disciplines such as marketing, research and development.
